Both Aggression and De La Vega have been entered at Dundalk on Friday 22nd September. It is Dundalk Stadium’s birthday as well as they are celebrating 10 years of All-Weather racing!
We want to treat one lucky Member and their guest to tickets to the racing and to an overnight stay on the 22nd September at the renowned Carrickdale Hotel & Spa just a few minutes from the racecourse. Breakfast is included the next morning and both guests will have full use of the Hotel Health and Leisure Facilities throughout their stay.

This meeting begins at 5.30 (doors open at 5) and the horse racing is followed by dog racing at 9.30. There will also be live music on the day.

The competition prize of the tickets and the hotel stay will be offered even if the Club horses are not declared and the competition is only open to Members (although their guest does not have to in the Club!). Entries will close at 5PM on 20th September. To enter this competition, you must email majella@michaelocallaghan.ie with the subject headline “Birthday Bash” and answer the following question correctly to be in with a chance. In what year did Dundalk begin racing on its All-Weather surface?

You can still apply for tickets in the usual way even if you don’t wish to enter the competition. If either or both of the horses are declared and if you would like to attend this meeting, please email majella@michaelocallaghan.ie as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday 20th September to be placed in the draw for tickets.
